Hello! I’m very excited about Eccentric Grandma. It is my place to share some of life’s treasures with you. I want you to embrace life and reflect on the good things. Jump in and find your interest! Along with being a bit eccentric, I am also very much eclectic, and you will find a wide variety of topics at Eccentric Grandma. A few of my current projects include computer programming, designing and building a room-saver bed for my youngest son, making and binding an art journal with my oldest granddaughter, wood burning with my oldest grandson, and creating this website.

A few of my more typical interests are gardening, cooking, canning & preserving, sewing, crocheting, cross stitch, photography, graphic design, low carb living, organizing (although you can’t usually tell by looking at my house), anything computer related, most things crafty and especially my kids and grandkids. I have a very long list of things that intrigue me, and I’m sure things will evolve along the way. I love creating things and it is even more fun when I can do it with other people.

My Hope for You

My hope is that I might help you through life’s adventure in some small way, whether it be a life tip that makes something easier for you, inspiration to go beyond your comfort zone or just a smile and little laugh as you go through your day.
